My question is I’m a very driven person and I’m working on a new business which is really taking off. With any new business, there is so much to do. Particularly, not having a team to assist. But it is all blue sky with many avenues to explore. I am finding it incredibly hard to mentally switch off from thinking about my business and I find it hard to remove myself from my desk at the end of the day. Some days, I sit there till midnight and I get up at 5:00 a.m. to keep going. I hate taking a weekend off because it breaks my momentum. And because I’m doing a job that I love, it’s even harder. A good problem to have, I suppose, but it’s wearing me out and I can see my family and friends are growing tired of my constant focus on work even though they are happy for me. Alright, guys. Time for another Question and Answer session. I am really excited. Today, we’re going to change it up just a little bit because I’ve been getting some great emails from Fire Nation in general. Just some really open and honest emails. Everyone who’s sent me one knows that I’m very quick to respond. I love getting emails from all of you guys. Two in particular were really long, thought out and personal, so I wanted to share them today with the rest of Fire Nation in lieu of question and answers. We’ll pick up the question and answers tomorrow. Let’s focus on these two personal emails that I received and go from there because I know that we’ll all get a lot out of this.

Justin Brooke is a bold southern entrepreneur. Immad Akhund is the Co-founder of HeyZap, an app that changes the way we play games together.  Immad is an engineer and entrepreneur who studied Computer Science at Cambridge University and has co-founded three successful start-ups. He was previously Co-founder and the CTO of Clickpass.com.

Doug just successfully raised funds for the final production of FlashPals using Kickstarter. They're now available on FlashPals.com with more designs coming soon.
